Orders & shipping
Is shipping really free?
Yes — shipping is free on every order within the US, with no minimum.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after they ship, depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move quickly, so email us right away and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed — but returns are free.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. Email us if you'd like to be notified when that changes.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?
Easy 30-day returns on unworn items with tags attached. A prepaid label is included, so it's a two-click process. See our Returns & exchanges page for the details.
How do I start a return?
Email support@bennettandvane.com with your order number and we'll send your prepaid label the same business day.
Can I exchange for another size or color?
Yes. Tell us the piece you'd like instead and we'll reserve it while your return is on its way. If it's sold out, we'll refund you in full.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of your return arriving back with us.
Sizing & fit
How do your pieces fit?
Most styles are cut with a relaxed body. If you're between sizes, size down for a closer fit. Each product page notes anything that runs large or small.
Where's the size guide?
Our full size guide has US alpha and numeric sizing plus body measurements and how to measure at home.
What if it doesn't fit?
Send it back within 30 days for a free exchange or refund. The prepaid label is in the box.
Product & care
How should I care for my knits?
As a rule, machine wash cold and lay flat to dry; avoid wringing to keep the knit's shape. Always follow the care details on the piece and its label.
What are your pieces made from?
Fabric content is listed on each product page. If a detail isn't shown there, email us and we'll confirm before you buy.
Will sold-out styles come back?
Our best sellers are often restocked. Choose "Join the waitlist" on a sold-out product to be the first to know.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Buy now, pay later is available with Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our servers.
