How it works
Returning is a two-click process

Start it
Email support@bennettandvane.com with your order number and the piece you're returning. We'll reply the same business day.

Pack & ship
Use the prepaid label included in your box. Pop the item back in its original packaging with tags attached and drop it off.

Refund or exchange
Once it arrives, we refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days — or send your exchange right out.
The details
What can be returned
Items in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached, returned within 30 days of delivery. We can't accept pieces that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Let us know when you start your return and we'll reserve the new piece while your original is on its way. If it's sold out, we'll refund you in full.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping was free, so there's nothing to deduct.
Sale items
Sale pieces follow the same 30-day return policy unless a product page states it's a final-sale item.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty or we've sent the wrong piece, email us with a photo and we'll make it right straight away — return shipping is on us, always.
