Payment Policy

This page explains how you can pay at Bennett & Vane, the currency we charge in and how refunds reach you.

Payment methods we accept

At checkout you can pay with:

The options shown at checkout are the ones available for your order.

Currency

All prices on this site are in USD and your order is charged in USD. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own fee.

Payment security

Checkout runs on Shopify over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Your card details are handled by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card number.

Declined payments

If a payment is declined, no order is placed. Check your card details and billing address, try another payment method, or contact your bank. A pending charge that appears after a declined payment is a temporary authorization, which your bank releases.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout, in the currency you paid in. Timing and conditions are set out in our returns & refunds policy.
